Funny stuff. The predecessor is the culprit on the fed level and so he is at ants. The popular chant on this bd has been filings will be issued in a few days/next week and became louder when the cfo arrived if you want to call her that.

Dr Frank resurrected this company from the ashes which was a full time job. Now it's up to the new ceo to to get the filings done as he has been promising since day 1.
