How about 37 bil 32 bil for (wmsb) and another 5bil for the heck of it .

Value 30% or about 10-12 bil est

We could get 50 % of that IMO or 5-6 bil

Divided by 1.7 = u's = $ 4 - $6pps

Divided by 200000 \ $6bil = $30 pps imo
