many suspended companies trade on the grey sheets for years.
if ants is revoked, you would then become a shareholder in a private company. if ants is legit, that might not be a bad thing. the sec can't shut down a company.
in the case of a company that was suspended last week for the same thing, they put out the following 8k. it is not yet clear how that is going to work out and the company made factual errors in that 8k, but it is interesting. they are agreeing to being revoked and will then try to re register stock.
