Dell was NOT the internet provider for Wamu. Wamu may have used their equipment. The problem with Dell is that folks go on the internet from smartphones and work from tablets etc. The sales of their lap tops and desk tops for personal and residential use has completely deminished and they have lost market share to the tablet/smartphone makers.

Let's not try to draw more crazy conclusions, here, please.

Wamu's failure did NOT cause Dell's demise.
