I thought the 020613 date was a new deadline for objections to be filed, not necessarily a court date. When I saw the date was cancelled I was surprised.

I have thought all along that there would have to be some kind of settlement in the GS litigation.

There is too much fraud involved for GS to start "singing".

The house of cards would come crashing down for the OTS, FDIC, JPM, SEC .....AND.... The United States Government (Henry Paulsen- Treasury Secretary).

Fraud and collusion would triple damages, with no hope of hiding behind all the releases we signed to receive this new company, soon to merge with Dell, Duff, Walmart, taco bell, smith & wesson, and Victoria's secret. (it's my opinion and my dream. DO NOT buy or trade securities on my dream)

(Just joking on that last statement, (oh my God I used 2 of the seven words you can't use on the iHub board of WMIH))
