PATENT applications are not a "SLAM DUNK" there is a high degree of dificulty on this.

Keep in mind "VERIZON" successfully sued "VONAGE" in Federal Court and won on 5 of their 7 "Claimed" Patent Infringements in regard to "VOIP". VONAGE had to pay VERIZON almost $200 Million and 5.5% of their revenue stream going forward.

Wouldn't you rather have Mr. McHenry do it "RIGHT" the first time?????
