Boiler plate gazillion page 8-K is out. Near the end it looks like they dumped over 8 million new shares on retail at apx $8.50/share starting on Jan 31st, 2013, and retail has been dumping ever since? It explains why JP Morgan did a pump and dump PR to retail, LMAO.

I watched CYTR drop to 1/2 of the price of the new shares when they did this about 2 years ago. It made since as to why it fell so far back.

What we have here is competing chart targets, gap fills needed way down under, and bounce targets above. There are other sets of fib lines to plot as well. This could be a wild ride! But SA wrote a hit article the other day saying they do not even have a patent issued and the patent office may deny one based on it being to similar to existing drugs. The FDA may do the same thing.
