For clarifications sake, and in a somewhat more
serious tone, there are at least a dozen Kosher
categories and a minimum of 60 different sub
categories.
Any attempt to comprehend this complex issue is
deemed to fail.
The main logic of the multiple categories is that
it is a multi million dollar business, hence the
fierce competition.
