MNTA—what's more interesting to me (and concerning) is that directors own ZERO shares outright, even after a policy was put in place almost 5 years ago requiring everyone to own shares.

To be clear: three directors (Downey, Fanucci, Koestler) own no shares; the other five non-executive directors do own shares, although only John Clarke has a substantial holding.

The deadline to own shares is coming up soon and several will need to exercise and hold and they haven't done it yet. I find it incredible that they have chosen to wait to the last minute.

There is no particular incentive for these directors to convert their options into shares prior to the deadline, so I don’t find the lack of such action as concerning as you do.
