S&P futures vs fair value: -4.7. Nasdaq futures vs fair value: -3.0. Still shaping up to be a sluggish start for stocks as pre-market action continues to lack catalysts to incite follow-through buying interest. Bonds, however, continue to attract buyers, as an extension of yesterday's recovery effort in the 10-yr note (+08/32) has pushed the yield to 4.58% which, in addition to a 60% year/year increase in Oct. mortgage loan fundings at Countrywide Financial (CFC), could help support the influential Financial sector
