Just hard to see much upside where this is pricing at.

Looks like an over zealous group on a reverse merger type deal losing the opportunity for liquidity trying to blue sky the stock price.

From a decade of watching deals like this, most cases stock is eventually freed up or the shell people get impatient and then down comes to the offers etc etc.

Suffice to say I like the asset portfolio and sometimes these deals do come together. Will be interesting to see what happens next.
