With the judge ruling on these motions this past week it certainly opens things up for a possible final ruling sooner rather then later. Under 2 weeks till Feb 15th and after that it could be pretty quick for the rulings on the other motions. Looking forward to that day as most of your are as well. Mondays never come soon enough when you are a trader/holder of stock, lol.
