Now that's some funny stuff! There is no way to make crime go away. There will always be that 1% of the population that chooses to be criminal. Unfortunately, more American are in prison than any other country. I can't find statistics for 2012 but there's just too many people that are outside social norms and considered to be a detriment to society.
