Mike: how can I respond to you?

....I do not know what happened to force this company to issue this 8K filing; an 8K is a filing that is considered "material" by the SEC, if this is as someone suggested "normal business as usual"...there would NOT have been a filing at all. I will let it rest for someone more familiar with corporate governance than I am....
