I was looking at some 'retirement calculator' and it is assuming 8% yearly gains from investments... does that sound right to you? It seems pretty freaking high to me. I'm beating that big time with my silver flipping, but I could fall on my ass just as quickly with that. Man, what I would do for yesteryears' 30-40%/year mutual fund returns.. those days are gone.
