The court made a mistake. The ruling follows what I said Tmob would pull. We aren't infinging because we use something other than distance. If you read my prior posts you will see I predicted Tmob would go this route, unfortunately the judge also bought the idea. You can not meaure anything without distance. The judge didn't get it. Calypso's only recourse to this saga is to appeal. There isn't much to say other than I hope they have appealed. I saw this argument, we're using something other than distance long ago. In fact, DSU and I both explored this issue ad infintium. Not running, but I posted the issue long ago. Bottom line, Calypso needs to appeal or this site becomes irrelevant.
