I certainly agree that there have been some "dredful" decisions out of the Supremes, among them the Dred Scott decision, Brown vs Board of education (not because of desegregation, which was a good thing, but because it signaled the demise of the neighborhood school and the onset of a degraded public education system), Roe vs Wade, and the most recent one that lets the government confiscate land on a whim.

Bad decisions by activist courts need to be reversed.
