First separate your issues.

Voting without being a citizen is illegal. You can take that up with the authorities.

Hospital care does not discriminate. They sure as hell don't want people dying at the ER entrance.

Schooling? The kids must be legal residents even if their parents aren't.

Funny debate going on right now about state colleges waiving the residency requirements for hurricane victims so that they can attend colleges in other states.

For those who understand no explanation is needed, ...For those who don't none will.
