Well that's because the terms of the deal were not completely spelled out and most others always like to point out the worst in things....

If they have a successful launch of the Phytiva brand it will enable CBIS to monetize the asset without having to put valuable effort in the day to day operations.... They can focus on the push for the FDA and will have some cash on hand so that they won't have to dilute shares for the process...

It's still an "if" but I think it greatly increases the chances of CBIS success when the Phytiva line hits the shelves....
