Chief I agree. NHSH was a worthless shell and Jeff did nothing with it. The problem is now with Joe having control he will just start the printing press and not much else. In 2 years with QASP no revenue growth even with all the shares he issued. They both are not going to do much for common shareholders. Didn't Joe already issue new prefers that now will control NHSH like they do with QASP. He makes sure common have no say in anything.
