Your scenario could be right, but also it can be wrong, too. If the lenders simply want to sell the assets and leave the CPI management in cold, the management simply files a BK and restructures the company. The lenders never get $93M, not even a half of it. Don't forget about the facts that the lenders have 20% warrant, and Sears and Walmart have CPI stocks in lieu of the rents. We will see how it will play out. Interesting!!
