I have always approached WNRC as being "not your typical pinkie."
WNRC has been pretty silent before, and has twice run to .30+ since I've been a shareholder. Dan Green has had other companies that have had nice runs, too, so he knows what has to happen to bring shareholder value - just not yet, I guess.
