As before, Peter did what he said he would do,

We have Oil (we already knew that),

we will own the leases next,be a JR. Oil Company,
we will be working on bringing up the JV Lease
and more.

With that said, what we are not hearing are any great
big promises of really big things that are just too
good to believe,

if it were just a P&D we would be hearing these great big
promises, but we're not, we're just slowly going in the right
direction, adding as we can afford and havng a real producing
asset, JV's and more producing assets
