This is a very classic Smith/Matousek scam PR.
There's always some hindrance..... trouble with landowners, dirt roads, weather, paraffin, polo shirts too tight...etc.
Straight outta Clay and Pete's blueprint to letting investors down easily.
Couldn't agree more that the next PRs will continue being excuse-laden, and lead to the eventual total failure of the project.
