the average cost of a private placement share in this company is 2 to 3 cents. If nothing else that you possess in your portfolio is liquid and there are bids for up to a 50 percent premium to what you paid, less costs, why wouldn't you sell every single time? It makes no sense as to why private placement shareholders are not selling unless they are insiders. That means everyone is expecting a run. Time to pile in now.
