"could" but "won't" - betcha 100 quatloos approval comes exactly on the last possible date, which is April 30th. Can't find the link at the moment, but someone somewhere posted a list of historical PDUFA dates over the last few years with approval dates or CRL responses, and over 95% of them occurred on or about the PDUFA date (some CRL's were put out 7-8 days prior to PDUFA).
