I have no problem with having such tapes -- anything that might help is a good thing. I just do not think that if someone were determined to cheat on the returns, it would be much of a hindrance to them.

Personally, I think a more important issue is that of eligibility to vote. No one should be allowed to vote that does not reside in the voting district where the ballot is cast and be able to prove both residence and more basically, true identification. We have the capability to use electronic fingerprint or other such methods for sure identification and we should use them.
