I edited my post to show a bunch of ways I was looking at it. the first one covered it.

The previous pattern was that the xau broke down, and at the point where it got traction, that was the bottom of the ndx. And it took exactly 17 days, I think, as I suggested in my first post. It was the main reason I was early, because i thought it would be quicker than that.
