Elay has been working with magento for a few years according to the Magento website, problem was compatability with the latest versions of Magento software, seems Elay has worked out the kinks and are Completely compatible with Magento now according to the latest PR. I believe this is great news which brings much more value to the company. There is some interest in the Magento forums for the Elayaway module, should generate some good revenue.
