When EPIC exercise's the warrents there will be 6 MILLION MORE SHARES than before !!!! So if there are 400,000,000 outstanding shares of "ELTP" the day before EPIC exercise's the warrants then the day after they exercise the warrants there will be 406,000,000 shares outstanding .... That is dilution .
