Feel free to contact FINRA and they will be quick to tell you that their daily short figures are likely understated. Those numbers do not include T trades either. The record is also clear with both Credit Suisse and UBSS having each been fined millions of dollars for mismarking millions of short trades as long that FINRA is correct in stating they are understated. The numbers are indicative of a problem, noting more and nothing less. Go CCTC!!!
