It's not going to happen. Platinum, through their preferred control the stock, so there won't be a hostile takeover after accumulating a large percentage an at a low price. And Implant won't sell cheap. The thought of an entity shorting to suppress the price is a losing proposition. Plus, there are other risks involved that an entity would avoid.
