Jason Kidd plays basketball. He's not the CEO of a public company with shareholders. Big difference. And it's not just a DUI charge. Armando is also charged for the 3rd time of driving on a suspended license, battery of a police officer, resisting arrest with violence, and depriving the police officer of means of protection. IMO Armando is looking at some serious jail time if and when he's convicted.
