Whatever the case BoilerRoom, Armando was arrested on felony charges by State Police. Just like when Roxanna was arrested on felony charges, no disclosure was given to shareholders. IMO this is serious......very serious because Armando is the CEO of MPIX. Shareholders again had a right to know this information and management hid it in an attempt to keep it secret. There is no excuse for MPIX management not to disclose this serious matter to all shareholders.
