Once Messapotamia is re-established in a week or so bad memories will be wiped out especailly if this rally keeps up.

If the war is short and the rally continues we could be at 1700 in a flash. Yuo see how quickly people will come back. Fear of missing out in a bull run is a big driver.

Clearly the opposite if the war goes badly. But since there have been more than one report of the Iraqis trying to surrender I don't think that is a particularly bad sign.
