what you seem to be saying is that if ELRA(D) wins the suit GM & Mr. LAO will be gone and they will collect $ for damages done.

i personally want them to somehow retain GM, it's the only thing they've done in recent times that brought in a revenue producing entity.

also the R/S was mentioned by elra(d) right from the begining as i remenmber. the plan was to complete the aquisition then do a R/S to raise the stock price high enought to allow them to seek nasdaq listing. i don't think the R/S was ever intended to run Lao off, he was/is part of that original plan. elra was to be the vehicle by which GM was to become a nasdaq listed (by proxy) company.
