dirtybill, I could be wrong but I'm not so sure that they are selling. Only one 144 filed in 7 months (excludes 1 tiny 10K 144). I think the pps is down due to loss of investor confidence rather than management selling. Just a hunch on my part. However I would expect a lot of insider selling when/if an Italian deal is struck following a pps spike. Then the question becomes ... who can sell quicker, management or us. Selling will surely put pressure on the pps. Long term -if a deal is struck PNT may well be a winner!
