What is the "justification" for the initial "Shock & Awe" bombing campaign??... Which will, undoubted, "crater" Bagdad - killing an untold number of civilians.... Haven't the Iraqi people suffered enough? This is, after all, about ridding Iraq of an oppressive and brutal dictator..... But in all their infinite wisdom, the Bushites have opted to try and spare the civilian infrastructure - because they will need it when they take over Iraq - someone else's country.....
