Listen, if these so called patents were of any value to anyone, do you honestly think that VPLM would be able to acquire them before MS? Come on! And to be traded for stock? Gimme a break! It is kinda like Jack trading the family cow for some beans. MS would have offered huge lump sums of cash for these and VPLM would never have had a chance. These patents are worthless, don't get sucked in.
