GBE became part of BGC Partners Inc now, is there a possibility to convert GBE shares to some shares of BGC Partners Inc(NASDAQ:BGCP)?

When Merrill Lynch was sold to Bank of America, Merrill Lynch stock was converted to Bank of America stock (0.8595 shares of Bank of America common stock for each Merrill Lynch common share).
