defraud, specifically paying kickbacks in order to obtain funding for Augrid. Shaheed’s other fraudulent conduct in running Augrid, and even his reputation in the business community, is both
relevant and admissible to demonstrate Shaheed’s predisposition to commit the fraud with which he is charged.
