jc, whether these are valid anymore, I don't know. But here is what I have found. Take you pick.
Just use the 1st digit on the left for the signal. They do mix in other digits to confuse..Here is the signals I have collected so far:
100 - I need Shares.
200 - I need Shares badly but do not take the stock down.
300 - Take the stock down at least 30% so I can load shares.
400 - Keep trading it sideways.
500 - Gap the stock. Gap can be up or down, depending on direction of 500 signal.
600 - Means provide resistance
900 - Means let the stock float
911 - PR out.
