Uhhh I am pretty certain I saw him at the inauguration the other day, still has nothing to with this empty shell SUGO. They never established a subsidiary as there was never an 8k or any filing for that matter provided to show such a subsidiary being established. Such a material event is required to filed via an 8K within 4 business days of such a material event announcement.

With no assets, no operations this shell has only debt in it and plenty of it that it must convert to free trading shares and sell on the market. Without a story it is in fact done, and worse yet it cannot make up anything since it already has the attention of both the SEC and BCSC for it’s story writing and pump and dump. It is now illiquid and will remain this way, the company is likely to file an RS as they must pay the debt or face default.
