Joe has set QASP up as a perfect R/M candidate that has a very good Share structure and auditable. The 90 days necessary to DD this merger should be done in record time. That will be the 8K to buy and hold for.
Very good info as well. And it is nice to see a quality company such as HAVC is the one doing the purchasing. Although there is not enough info on them out there now, I feel there will be and then all will be completely satisfied.
