I haven't been watching FROG for the past few trading days because of other obligations, but noticed they are no longer listed as OTCPink, but back to OTCQB. I take it the reason for FROG being moved backed to QB status is due to the company filing its Q10 on 1/14/13.

Also, Frogads.com's website no longer has the "Security Certificate warning" when Logging in. The "FREE banner exchange ads" that were present prior to 12/01/12 are no longer up. I don't have a way of knowing why these Ads are no longer on the website.

FREE BANNER EXCHANGE'S (non-power ads)

Yahoo
Action Alerts PLUS
Toshiba
Popeye's
USA TODAY
AV Respiratory Services
Intelius

"These Ads are still visible as of 1/22/13"
POWER ADS (listed to the right of every page)

LifeLock
Go Daddy.com
State Farm
Givevaccines.org
Broughton Hotels (CloudFlare Network)

Good News? Bad News? No News? I have "No" idea???

In my opinion, the "FREE Banner Exchange Ads" were very important to have, and gave me a better reference of the sites potential. But all things considered, in New York County, under Jobs, Accounting / Finance, there are 35 pages of listings as of this post. Some of the companies that are looking to hire are, Merrill Lynch, Ernst & Young LLP, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgan Chase, Wilmington Capital Securities, The Forum Group, Parker & Lynch, and Macy's. Would I risk saying that if these companies find a number of hires off of Frogads.com's website, maybe they will take out "FREE Banner Exchange Ads" or "Power Ads", you be the Judge. Then pray "The Street" is looking at the site too.

Don't take my word for it, please Log-in to Frogads.com, and do your DD! much respect, ypgsmile
