Although most of us are not high on RB right now, it looks like there are still some posters with some good info.

Some phone calls were made, and the company referenced that there is a history of major shorting right when an S-8 comes out.

They are feverishly getting towards relisting, and want to keep it as close to the vest as possible... partially to catch the shorters with their hands in the cookie jar.
