Just a copy and paste of the headline from the PBC website that has no mention of purchase price to back up a claim about how purchase price of TGG was part of any settlement .........LOL.

Yes, I have a hard time comprehending when an argument is presented that the Purchase price of TGG somehow benefits QSGI and Sherman when absolutely no evidence is presented to show such....just some headline of a settlement, with no particulars, off the PBC website...
Seems I've provided multiple sources and actual screenshots of filed court documents to back up the fact it was never in contention at all by either party.
You might want to puruse the 8k from April 2012 to actually see how QSGI, and what QSGI was contesting also.....no mention of price or any other contest of the financial aspect of purchase.
But QSGI sure does state what they were going to court to look to remedy .........Non Compete Agreements.
