"Say it is a scam till the cows come home, it doesn't change the facts that the filings are there ...."  Say that the filings are there till the cows come home, it doesn't change the fact that this is a scam.

"Until this is over sorry to say your [sic] premature."  Really, it would be postmature, if there were such a word, as this has been over for years.
