Wooowa!........overpaid...period!..... dear God! When the profits started dropping for the company...the sales force felt that they should still get the same cut? So the company profits plummet.....and the reps are in their own world. Change is hard. In all fairness, they worked hard for it, and were spoiled for such.

They thought the company's profits were going through the roof...but in reality, they were falling. That's why the pay structure changed. Let them leave if they choose(sad to say)...there will be new recruiting. If you didn't know it...Rochon has a large following and there will be plenty of reps to cover the bases.....if they don't want to be loyal to Tami or the company they work for....it's their call.
