By the end of 2013, the bare minimal annual revenues will be $500 million. I would expect the amount to be any where from $500 million to $15 billion if the full nut comes through(full nut being the obvious info in the header...$15 bill). Dear God...could you imagine if such comes to fruition.

I'll be tempered and suggest $500 million.
